Transitioning to the UK

I write now from gate 121 in Los Angeles, it's 11:20pm right now and I am waiting to board my plane at 1:00am and leave at 2:00am.

I've been traveling since 4:00 am Hawaiian time, so if calculated I've been awake traveling for about 15hrs and I had about 4 hours of sleep before leaving Oahu. The flight to London will be another 10 hours or so, and it was actually scheduled at 9:30pm LA time, but London had some Radar issues so flights were delayed all over Europe. Yippee!

Ah well... The reason I'm flying to the United Kingdom is to study abroad at the University of Essex in England. I'll be studying art history, film, French, and Theater Comedy for one school year. I'm excited, but this traveling nonsense is tough... more news and pictures when I arrive and get settled...
